Our honey is produced in collaboration with local beekeepers.

Different varieties of honey are seasonally available. Each variety is good in combination with certain food: Pecorino cheeses of different ageing, dessert wines, fruit and pastry or other dessert. Honey is very good to sweeten tea or infusions.

Palagetto honey has the organic certification.

Honey has a lot of good qualities: antiage, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, decongesting and soothing.
