Monte Bernardi EVO Oil 2022 is a great chance to experience a healty everyday mediterranean diet. Our olives come exclusively from our estate’s trees, in organic conversion (3rd year). We take care of the bottling process as well. The olive trees’ age varies from 20 to 100 years old. They grow on a calcareous sandstone and shale soil, at 400-550 m above sea level.
