Description
Intense golden yellow. On the nose it is direct and persistent, with citrus hint. A powerful, fresh and sapid wine.
Viognier Palagetto is perfect for apertif but is also really good with fish, light starters and delicate first course.
Ageing
Fermented in steel tanks, ageing in concrete tanks for 2 months before bottling process.
