Description

The Cannonau grapes are exclusively from our own vineyards which are maintained for a low yield and very high quality. The climate, always breezy, warm in summer with marked temperature variations between day and night, never particularly rigid in winter and mitigated by sea currents. This allows to achieve a full bodied, structured wine that is extremely balanced and soft on the palate.

Production method and aging

Harvested by hand in small crates. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10-20 days with indigenous yeasts. Further fermentation for a few months in steel tanks.
