Description
Fruity, with a very delicate and pleasant rose note. The color is a medium intensity and lively ruby red. The taste is winey, slightly tannic. Emphasis of red fruit with excellent spicy aftertaste.
Production method and aging
Harvested by hand in small crates. Delicate destemming to protect the skin. Spontaneous fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks for over 15 days. Aged 6 months in natural oak casks. Natural decantation in steel tanks with no clarification nor filtration.
