Our EVO (extra virgin olive oil) comes from a centennial blend of moraiolo , frantoiano , leccino and pendolino .

The various types of olive trees, following the typical Tuscan cultivation , are physically present within the plots of land, respecting the ancient traditional knowledge of the plant: the plants are in their original position of birth, just as the old farmers had decided to distribute them.

Our oil has a distinctly and exquisitely Tuscan flavor, characterized by a fine and delicate texture.
