Rinascita IGT Bianco goes through a classical vinification process. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by six months of lees aging that imparts additional weight and flesh to the final blend. The virtual absence of sulphur and malolactic fermentation guarantees the vivacity and purity of the fruit flavours.
