Description

Intense ripe red fruits, jam, black current and spices aromas. Soft and intense with a thick tannic make-up and long aftertaste. It is characterized by a great structure and elegance that perfectly express the local terroir.

Production method and aging

Early hand harvesting in small crates. Fermentation in cement tanks for 30 days. Aged for 16-18 months in small French oak barrels and 6 more months in bottle.
