Description
Our Rosé is made from Syrah and Sangiovese grapes vinified in white. Onion peel color it has a fruity, floral aroma and a fresh and savory taste. It flats perfectly with fish, crudités, fresh cheeses and white meats. A wine that will leave you pleasantly surprised!
Production method and aging
Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature. Then bottled and refined for 3 months.
