Intense ruby red with suggestion of cherry and plum, red rose, aroma of sweet spices, pepper, tobacco and vanilla. An intense full-bodied wine, harmoniously blended, long and persistent, with soft tannins and a pleasant level of acidity. Serve with rich pasta dishes, red strong meat (as stews) or wild game but also with aged cheeses.
