Description

Ruby red, with purple reflexes. It features an aroma of red fruits such as currant, prune, blueberry and spicy notes of thyme, black pepper and rhubarb. The taste is ample, rich and structured. Elegant, fresh and with soft, well-evolved tannins.

Production method and aging

Harvested by hand. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in cement vats and barriques for 8-10 months.
