Our Binto wine is obtained from Vermentino – Trebbiano – Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand during the coolest hours of the morning; this allows us to keep intact the primary aromas of the individual grapes. On the nose, it has notes of herbs and citrus. Spicy on the palate, lively, clear and juicy.

Wine ready to drink, and pleasant, especially with appetizers and first courses with fish.

Production method and aging

Once harvested, the grapes are softly pressed and the must begins the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature.
