We met Boni Mores because of their wonderful organic olive oil and then learned they make a wonderful Carignano, a refreshing, red fruit, balanced wine with a nice acidity to boot. This 2021 vintage is hand picked in the heart of Carignaon territory in the same area where the famous vineyards of Santadi and Agripunica are located. Compared to some of the warmer, higher alcoholic and more intense tannin wines in Sardinia, such as Cannonau, Boni Mores is an easier , fruity wine but with a nice persistant characteristic to it.
