The RISECCOLI Chianti Classico is a true representation of the estate’s terroir.
90% – 100% Sangiovese grapes.
The Sangiovese is fermented and kept separately for 12 months in temperature-controlled cement vats. Fermentation for the Merlot (when required) takes place in stainless steel tanks and then aging is done in French barriques before blending with the Sangiovese.
