Intense dark berries aroma with hints of vanilla, wild violet and plum. In the palate it is well structured, with fine tannins and a rich aftertaste. Its great complexity and characteristic acidity make it perfect for long ageing in the bottle.
Harvested by hand in small crates. Fermentation in cement tanks for 25 days. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 to 12 more months in bottle.
