Very intense ruby red. It features intense fruit overtones of blackberry, black cherry and myrtle. Fragrant and enveloping, it offers delicate aromatic edges of spices, eucalyptus and dried flowers. The taste is full and velvety, of great aromatic structure and persistence.
The ripe grapes are harvested manually, de-stemmed, crushed and left to macerate in thermo-conditioned tanks. In this phase, frequent but short pumping over favors the passage of the noblest and sweetest compounds into the must. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8-9 months. Development in bottle 7-10 years.
