ROSATO – The IGT Tuscan Rosé Wine is a type of product that the market is increasingly appreciating. The dry rosé table wines are, in fact, the ideal accompaniment for every day. Our rosé wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with the bloodletting of Sangiovese grapes, through vineyards with 5,500 plants per hectare and production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
The Tuscan IGT Rosé Wine has a light pink color, with a delicate and fresh scent, with notes of cherry, pomegranate, and poppy. The flavor is soft, delicate, fresh, and persistent. It goes perfectly with mixed appetizers of crostini and salami, first courses, white meats, fish, crustaceans, and fresh cheeses.
To be served at a temperature of 10 ° C.
It has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
After the manual harvest, the must undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks and at low temperatures (below 20 ° C) as for the IGT Tuscan White Wine. The difference consists in the separation of the skins from the fermenting must as soon as the right intensity of pink color is obtained. At the end of the vinification, the product ages in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This is followed by refinement in the bottle, for at least 2 months, before being released for consumption.
