Bright straw yellow color. On the nose it’s gentle, with aromas of citrus fruits, lyme, peach, pear that are typically coming from Vernaccia grape variety. Good structure, mineral and dry.

Perfect as aperitif but also really good with starters and medium aged cheeses.

Vinification

Grape cryomaceration, static decantation of the must after destemming and soft pressing, selected yeast addition on clear liquid, fermentation at controlled temperature and ageing in stainless steel.
