Description

Table red wine is a type of product that the market appreciates more and more: dry red wines light and fruity are, in fact, the ideal accompaniment for everyday meals.
Our red wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Sangiovese (70%), Merlot (20%), and Petit Verdot (10%), on vineyards with 5.500 vines per hectare and a production of 100 quintals of grapes per hectare.

After a manual harvest, the juice undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 24°C. At the end of vinification can be immediately prepared for being bottled and released for consumption. This red wine should not have a great structure but should be “drinkable” and pleasant, ideal for every day.
Theia table red wine has a ruby red color. The bouquet is cheerful, and rich, with notes of cherries, currants, and berries. The taste is harmonious and soft, typical of sour cherries and berries. It goes perfectly with savory first courses, Tuscan salami and cold pork meats, not-too-fatty meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
It has an alcohol content of 12,5%.
