Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is gentle, with aromas of citrus fruits in particular pink grapefruit. A fruity, savory and fresh wine, moderately acidic with good aftertaste.

It is perfect as an aperitif but also accompanied by appetizers, main courses from light dressing, soups, risottos, fish and medium ripe cheese.
