Intense yellow color with golden reflection. Delicate and persistent aromas with honeyfragrance with light aroma of chocolate and and nuts. In the mouth it’s bold and smooth with a balanced ending and very persistant.

Perfect with blue cheeses, seasoned cheese, dried pastry,dried fruit and candied fruit.

Ageing

Fermentation in steel tanks, then ageing in oak barrel for at least 6 years.
