“Uno di Quattro” Toscana Cabernet Franc has a brilliant ruby red color. It features black currant, blueberry, scent of coffee and liquorice, with herbal hints. On the palate it’s well-structured, bold and balanced with a good hint of red fruit.
It can be paired well with barbecue meat, pasta with wild boar sauce, mushrooms, medium-aged or aged cheeses and nuts.
Traditional red wine making in small concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for 15 days, mixing during fermentation. Aged in second and third French oak barrique for 6 months, then additional 2 month of ageing in bottle.
