Vernaccia SG. DOCG “Santa Chiara” has straw yellow colors with greenish reflections. An intense, enveloping, aromatic wine, elegant and rich on the palate, final with great persistence and freshness.

It’s the perfect accompaniment for appetizers, main courses with delicate condiment, white meat, fish, medium aged cheese.

Ageing

Maceration at low temperature of the grapes, settling of must after destemming and gentle pressing, inoculation with selected yeasts when clear, temperature-controlled fermentation, one third in barriques (used twice) and two thirds in steel. Bottle ageing: at least 4 months before release.
