Description
ViVi is a biological (organic) white wine produced only with Grechetto Gentile grapes. It is a tribute to the memory of Valeria Vivian, wife of the owner Roberto Mascarin. Her initials inspired the portrait of Wonder Woman (depicted on the label) and a celebration of life. Both women were in fact shared their strength and courage.
Production method and aging
Harvested by hand. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in cement vats for 8 months.
